i'm sorry to say that the creature isn't real. it was the result of the boys' imaginations that lead to the many horrific events on the island. it's within each of us as human beings.

the next thing is, why didn't you put this in the original fic section? since none of the boys are there yet, you could've put it as original fiction.

i'm not trying to be rude, just being straight up. the beast (monster, creature) is not real. if you reread the novel you'll see exactly what i mean.

Hmm, I have to say I agree with most of the other reviews. You might be better off altering this a little to make it a piece of original fiction rather than fanfiction. I like the celestial personification at the beginning though.

What does this have to do with Lord of the Flies?

Damn straight we're mocking it. This fic is just... dear God. Absolutely no use of spellcheck, no concept of grammar, and it completely rapes the LotF canon. The beast isn't real! It's an imaginary creature that is meant to symbolize the inner "Beast" in all people, even children. Not some rapist monster that lives on an island that has a fetish for Mary-Sues.

    GTFO THE INTERNET.

    1. The beast isn't real. The boys created it themselves. It grew in their minds when some of them saw the dead pilot, and in their fear they killed one of their own when he blundered out of the jungle in the dark. It's a major plot point in showing how the boys under John and the hunters descend into savagery, while only Ralph and Piggy manage to cling to the rules of civilisation. Make the beast real, and one of the major themes of the book goes out the window.

    2. What's this fic got to do with Lord of the Flies?

If all you wanted to do was write about an immortal girl being raped by a creature, why didn't you just write that, and post it in the original fic section?
