oh yum, lovely story telling. These two are my favorite characters and I just love this paring. I hope you write more about them.

Actually I thought about that. But then I remebered a scene (think it was in Blue Moon), where Asher was able to roll Anita's mind just through the bite. *Sigh* Laurell is hardly consistent either. Granted, he is a master and Damian is not, but then again he is (in 'my' world) Nathaniel's long time lover, so I decided that sort of made up for it...

waaaaaai! ::loves the damian/nathaniel smut:: i never thought to check out the anita fics before but...yay! someone gives nathaniel a bit of a brain. i like how he's his worried/paranoid/sub self without being unable to take his own pleasure. very nice.
one little problem i noticed, and it may have to do with the fact i haven't read anything since narcissus (i think that was most recent, ne?) came out, but i think the vamps have to have eye-contact to roll their victims. especially in damian's case, as he's not a master. because the eyes are what suck you in and roll und under. but that's just minor details, and wholly unimportant in smutlet....
mmm...but this was yummy. makes up for the depressing peacemaker kurogane fic i read earlier.... ^^
