You have to keep going!! I love this story and want to see the rest!

I WAS WAITING FOR AN UPDATE FOR SO LONG! :-) Yay! Although I've never reviewed this before, I would like you to know that I'm one of your avid fans, I practically check for a new chapter every 2 weeks. (Aren't I the biggest geek?) And I just so happened to find an update today! Hooray!
KEEP WRITING! You're one of the imaginative writers; I can tell, because I've never, EVER, thought of the Dustfinger/Meggie pairing till I cruised through this site and found your fic, so keep it up.

You know...you should continue this! You've kept it along the lines of the book, making it seem part of it, yet still added in twists. I have to say, I like it, and am now going to search for more of your works! ::smile:: Hope to see more soon!

OOO! I just read this novel and was SOO thinking of Dustfinger/Maggie as a pairing! And when I found this story, I was absolutely thrilled! You're an amazing writer! I'm impressed... Anyway, I do hope you continue, I'll be checking back!!! Ta ta!

hey, i love the book Inkheart, i just bought it earlier this month and its an awesome story. i was actually surprised to find one up here, but your doin great, and i cant wait for the next chapter

Wow, I can't believe I found someone else who's read (and liked) Inkheart! I picked it up at the library when they were selling books that they didn't want to keep anymore (or at least the extra copies, otherwise I'd be kinda mad for them getting rid of such a great book as Inkheart.) I've always wondered what it'd be like to write a story like this involving Dustfinger and I'm lucky that I've found one because I doubt I could do it any justice by trying to write it myself (I don't know why it is, but I just can't seem to write any good fanfiction for certain books.) I've loved the first two chapters and hope you can get a third up =) Here's a quote from the book that's about Dustfinger and Meggie that seemed appropriate: from Chapter 11, A Coward, on page 97 (in my version at least) "Tonight, something that had been gnawing at his heart for years drove him to Meggie's room." (Yeah, I know it's for a different motive that what it sounds like but it just seems to fit in very nicely.) Keep up the good writing!

WOW! I have been looking for an Inkheart fanfic for at least a month now. It didn't even occur to me to look on here for some reason until tonight. On a whim I clicked to books to check and here it is! Although I was expecting a more common pairing like Farid and Meggie, this fic has left me FAR from dissappointed. A Dustifinger and Meggie pairing would normally go against my morals as far as ages go as well but the way you've written it has transcended the lines of time. I love this fic and I'm very glad to hear you will be continuing (sp?). Kudos to you. -Light

Amazing story. I liked it very much. I was glad to finally find some Inkheart fanfic. Could I maybe tempt you into writing a sequel ??? Your writing and smut was excellent and tasteful - just perfect.
