Good writing, I think you captured RJ's style very well. Your character is a bit mary-sueish but then again, so are all of the characters in wheel of time. Your's just has less sniffing/snorting.
Keep up the good work, and I don't think anyone stopped buying his books (beyond CoT which was a bit...slow)
