Jenny_Wren,

Long-time reader, but I've never reviewed (first and foremost, I forgot my username. Secondly... well, I mostly read and don't feel the need to review - offensive, I know, as I'm a writer myself, but I just can't bring yourself to do it). Moving on from that - your story is absolutely beautiful. I prefer short stories normally, but your extensive delving into the complex relationship between Erik and Raoul that you have created, accompanied by stunning prose and a believable, exciting (to say the least) story, is addicting.

I'd just like to thank you for taking time and effort and emotion to write this story - both for yourself, of course, and for the readers. I look forward to the next chapter, again and again. This is a story I can read over and over again (well - perhaps more parts then others ;] ).

I guess I don't have much more to say.

Your story is very entertaining.I never thought I'd read a Phantom of the Opera slash fiction but this has caught my interest and refuses to let go! I haven't read any of the Phantom of the Opera books but I have seen the musical a few times and the movie of the musical that came out a few years back so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to fallow the story line. To my delighted surprise I could fallow the story line and easily digest the new facts added into what I all ready knew. I feel a connection to Erik in a way I never thought I would and Raoul has more depth than I ever could have imagined. I do have to say that I am a stickler for historical accuracy and while most of your story is very accurate some of the dialog sounds rather modern. I would love to see more of this story and if you can tweak the dialog a little this could easily become one of my favorite fics!
