I feel that the foursome was uncalled for and unnecessary. The time line was confusing however other than that it was an enjoyable story. I particularity liked Holmes punishment for his rapists, very smart.

I can see a staggering number of hits on this story, as well as others of yours, and it seemed criminal that you only had a handful of reviews. I'm sure that the reason is that in order to review you have to register first. I was reluctant to do that, and I've been lurking and reading until I got to the end of this story and then I thought, 'Nope, I HAVE to review!'. So now I'm a member of this fanfic site and I get to squee of this brilliant story all I like. :)

I Lovedloveloved it. I'm writing multi-chapter myself and I know how much effort went into this beautiful story; the character observation, the slow evolution of love, the switching time sense (omg!), and, the actual inclusion of a wedding ceremony. I've never seen it done in this era fanfic, and to do it so convincingly -- my hat is very much off to you!

I was going to read to the end before I reviewed, but this chapter was so incredible I had to pitch in early. You make exposition enthralling, and the characters are captured wonderfully. Thank you for this!

my god this was amazing. truly enjoyed reading this masterpiece. i'm not even sure how to salute your genius properly or where to start telling you how much i enjoyed this. i am not one to normally review works i have read for i feel all i can say has been said before. but truly this is a magnificent story, romance and ofcourse all the lovely S/W lovin you could want. beautiful!!

I just finished rereading this story from the beginning. It's just as intense and sexy the second time. I can empathize with Watson when he *finally* figures out that he's getting married. I'm slow off the starting blocks too. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Nice series, though the last chapter was a bit of a stretch for me. The sudden intimacy between Holmes and Lestrade came out of nowhere, and made me think I'd missed a chapter.
I do love your writing style, and hope to read more good things from you.

Overall, I'd give the series a hearty A-
