Well done! I could really feel the chase, the adrenaline flowing through Bella throughout this scene.
I have to admit curiosity as to where Edward is. The way Bella speaks of him, in the past tense... I'm intrigued.
Should you choose to return to this piece, I think you have an interesting plot here.
