That was interesting. A simple little piece, and certainly a good glimpse of what their lives would be like together. I liked how you can feel the entire atmosphere change with that one statement, "I'm pregnant."
You may want to consider adding a NoSex tag, though, since there is no actual sex act included.
I like this snippet, and wonder if you have considered expanding on it? It would certainly make an interesting tale!
