Klbkch was off duty. A rare occurrence which only happened when his second job demanded it. Today he was the Prognugator of the Free Hive of the Antinium and as such, he struck a brisk pace. His Queen expected him for an audience.
„Aaah… there you are. Punctual as ever.” She sounded in his mind as soon as he was in range.
„Greetings, my Queen. I bring news about the human situation. “
„I`m aware. I had my listeners listen in. A case like that attracted even my curiosity.”
If Klbkch were anyone else, he might feel shame at the knowledge that his monarch listened to him blow a cute girl’s back out. Klbkch was an Antinium however.
“Good, good. Then we can be quick. I got some intel out of her with the help of my Watch-partner and advise that we look into a Terandrian kingdom named Michigan. I will return shortly to her for further questioning. I assume, we will have the full story in a day or two.“ Klbkch explained business-like.
„I fear, I am not as optimistic.“
„Why that?“ Klbkch was confused. He thought they did a stellar job.
“After you left the human expressed disappointed at your detached demeanor. It caused me to review your interaction with her and I came to the conclusion that it was mainly your partner, Senior guardsman Relc, who satisfied the woman’s base urges and convinced her to talk.”
“Relc? But all he did was moan… and irritate her by ejaculating on her face.”
“I assume she did in fact find that charming. Most species who indulge in such base necessities for procreation act quite irrational due to it. Something you won’t be able to properly understand without them. It seems, my worries were well founded: Your equipment for advanced diplomacy is incomplete.”
Klbkch straightened immediately. Anything less than perfection was absolutely inadequate. “Unacceptable. I urgently request an upgrade.”
The queen mentally signaled approval. “Already in the works. You will be modified to experience lust and so-called orgasms. The modifications will only take a few days. I advise you take some of those vacation days, Captain Zevara offered you.”
“It will be done. I will return shortly.”
“Very well.”
Klbkch turned and made ready to leave. However, before he could, a thought struck him.
“One more thing, my Queen.”
“Yes, my Prognugator?”
“The laws of Liscor forbid the clandestine surveillance of sexual acts. It is referred to as voyeurism and generally frowned upon. I advise you to keep your knowledge of my advanced biological capabilities secret to avoid conflict with the drake authorities of this city.”
“Curious. Very well. Your advice is appreciated as always, Prognugator Klbkch.”
Klbkch signaled approval and turned to leave. Two hours later he was submerged into an Antinium gestation cell for modification.
“Weird… he never takes a day off. Better inform Olesm.” Muttered a slightly confused Zevara in her office.
