Chapter 4: Strange sounds from a truthful man...
Awakening to find nothing... To hear nothing... To smell nothing...
As I sat up on the bed, all I could hear are the sounds of chimer outside on the large balcony.
Carlisle wasn't in the room. I thought to myself, 'He must have went out to get some fresh air... I don't blame him... After last night's surprise... I doubt he wants to talk to me...'
So I stood up and headed towards the bathroom. Then, all of a sudden I heard the door begin to unlock. I ran into the bathroom and shut the door. It must have been Carlisle. I don't want him to see me still dirtied up with blood and cum, so I headed into the shower.
"Edward? You in here?" Carlisle said. I felt his presence linger into the key hole of the bathroom door.
I turned on the shower and turned it onto the hot water. I needed to feel my mind let go of what has happened in my life.
I didn't notice that he entered the bathroom. The loud steaming of the shower drowned out the sound of the entrance.
I think I felt him sit on the lid of the toilet seat. I felt his eyes on the shower curtains. ".....what do you want, Carlisle?" I said coldly.
"....ed....Look I'm sorry for acting the way I did last night.... I didn't know you were going to cry yourself to sleep....Don't you know how much pain you bring to me when you cry?......"
I can't believe he even brought this up! "Carlisle, just drop that." My voice was cracking. I was about to cry again. "I don't want to talk about it anymore...." I continued to wash every part of my body. My voice was choking up. Tears started to flood down my face... I made muted sobbing noises through the steaming shower.
".....Ed......" He pulled away the shower curtains. He saw me.....clutching my knees into my chest on the soapy eudded floor.....Crying....
Carlisle entered the shwoer. I looked up with a sobbing face, comforted by Carlisle's strong arms. I wrapped my arms around Carlisle's neck, grasping his now soaked champagne hair. "Carlisle...." I was choking back tears. "I...I....I love you....S-s-so much...." I cried into his neck... "I'm sorry...."
He wrapped his arms around my waist. "You don't need to be apologizing for anything, Edward....I'm supposed to be the one that should be apologizing for my fucked actions..." He rubbed the back of my naked waist.
".......You don't need to apologize......I have already forgiven you......." I looked up to the doctor and laid a comforting hand onto his stubbly face. I gave a small comforting smile. I caressed his cheek and gave a kiss on is soft lips.
Carlisle made sure not to force himself onto me, so he just pulled me closer towards his soaked body. Even though he may be a man that forces himself onto me becuase he has always been infatuated by me from the 1st time we met. But, he has always been the man I fell in love with.
