I had worked up quite a sweat as I stood breathing slightly hard. Finally the temp returned and I picked up Crimson sky as the armor around the girl went back to normal.
“Milady.” I said as I caught my breath.
“So special weapons I guess?” She asked as I nodded.
“Yeah.” I said as I began walking back to base camp that was on edge of the hole.
“So how long until the battle takes place here?” I asked as the others began to follow as the girl just sat in the holster in my back listening to us.
“A couple days at best but that isn’t our major concern right now they are going to the capital, I must depart ahead of you by flashing to ready the forces. In the meantime Elizabeth is in charge.” Diana said in the front.
“Roger milady but I have one question.” Elizabeth said.
“Who is she?” She asked pointing to the child on my back.
“I don’t know, what is your name?” I asked her as she perked up.
“Thalia Grace Daughter of Zeus.”
NOW:
I stopped as soon as she said it but I guess even in different dimensions people can exists that I knew before. The troop stopped as I stopped as I almost was to stunned, but I was not the only one to stop as someone started to cry.
“T-Thalia i-is that y-you?” We all heard as we turned to see Elizabeth in tears as she fell to her knees. Her face showed happiness that I had never seen her with before, tears ran down her face as I kneeled down and Thalia hopped off. She walked slowly over to Elizabeth who quickly wrapped her up in a hug.
Thalia didn’t know what to do as she stood stunned as Elizabeth cried in her shoulder, tears and what little makeup she wore staining her white shirt. Power cries of joy and love left her mouth as Thalia slowly hugged her back.
“I-I can’t b-believe I a-am se-seeing you a-again.” Elizabeth said in her shirt as she wailed away.
“I don’t understand, I haven’t met you before in my life.” Thalia said as Elizabeth raised her head makeup completely smeared.
“You wouldn’t have remembered you were a baby not even a day old when Jupiter claimed you, you see Thalia… I am your mother.” She said as she tried to wipe her tears from her eyes.
“But h-he said my mother was dead.” She said in a panicking voice.
“No you see as I made an agreement a long time ago, but with Jupiter as power crazy as he was bedded me. But something went wrong as he beaded me five years ago, he did something very wrong. He made it so your father is Zeus as he has complete control over his or his soul to be correct.”
“He changed into Zeus and bedded me, and you are the child I gave birth to nine months later. I know because that was the name I gave you when you were born, like all my children I get to name them not him.” She ended with a sniffle as Thalia stood stunned.
“But…but why didn’t he tell me?” Thalia started crying as the hunters all whipped a tear from their eye at the mother meeting her long lost daughter. Even Diana though her back was turned I could feel the water coming from her eyes as she quickly wiped away the tears and turned back to us.
“Because he is a cruel man Thalia, and he is the reason all of this beautiful land is destroyed.” Diana said as Thalia turned teary eyed to her.
“Thalia even though you come from a Greek background and a Roman one I would like yours and your mothers permission to welcome you to the hunt. Though most of the time I won’t let anyone under the age of 18 enter the hunt I think I can make a special exception.” Diana said as Elizabeth’s face lit up.
“Yes I agree.” She said as Thalia followed her mother and agreed.
“I want to be with mommy so yes.” She said as the hunt cheered as I smiled as they all gathered around their newest hunter.
“I see why you are so loved now.” I whispered to Diana as Thalia burst from the crowd and ran over to Diana and hugged her leg.
“Thank you miss Diana.” She said as she hugged her leg.
“Oh don’t thank me.” Diana said embarrassed as I could tell she was not very good at getting praises.
“Miss does that mean Percy and I are equal now?” She asked as I could almost see her eyes sparkle with excitement.

“Think of me as a butler for the hunt I am here for your service, as I serve everyone in the hunt and that includes you and Dian and even your mother.” I said patting her head as her eyes sparkled with excitement, I had to give it to her she if ever did puppy dog eyes no one could withstand her.
“So cool!” She said as Elizabeth came over as I kneeled down.
“I guess.” I chuckled as Elizabeth picked her up and put her on her shoulders.
“Wait mommy does that mean I can boss him around and stuff?” She asked as I finally saw what made Thalia herself.
“Oh well I guess but nothing too harsh.” She said, as she gave me a sorry look.
“I want Percy to fly!” She said as I laughed.
“Well I can’t do that very well b-.” I stopped as I felt the ground rumble, I looked behind the hunt as I saw something not very good. A tiny chunk of each army was head out way maybe 10,000 strong.
“Milady you must go this place is not safe.” I said taking off Eternal bonds and handing it to her.
“Take this, when you need protection think of the hunt and put the blade in the ground.” I said showing the hidden blade.
“But Percy I can handle them.” She said.
“Yes but if you stay then the others have one this fight will last days even for you but I believe at the same time they sent a force to the capital one even larger than this.” I said as she was taken aback from my current statement.
“You must go take the hunt with you and keep Thalia save, she has the ring I gave her to keep her safe.” I said as I pulled Soul Reaper out of its sheath as the army was maybe ten minutes away marching towards up.
“But Percy even for you that is too much.” She said as the other nodded.
“Maybe but I will try to hold them off as long as possible, if I can’t any longer I will find you trust me I can.” I said checking my internal compass to find I still had the hunt on it.
“Now go and be safe, let this slave of Diana protect his mistresses and her fellow companions.” I said motioning them away as they looked worried for some reason.
“But-.” I stopped her.
“I am just a slave I can be easily replace now go.” I said quietly as they all looked sad at my tone. After what just happened they didn’t exactly want to lose someone even if it was a slave.
“Okay.” She said defeated as they began retreating into the destroyed forest, but not without me summoning the backpack in front of them. But it just looked like I placed it there, someone picked it up and carried in my place as I summoned my helmet as I looked blankly at the army approaching me.
“Sometime you must be a monster for the sake of others I guess.” I said to myself as I planet Soul Reaper in the ground and took a couple steps forward.
“Let’s hope this works.” I said as my helmet suddenly transformed, it no longer looked like its normal hi-tech helmet but a face of a hellhound. I took in a deep breath and let out a howl that would prove I was the true lord of the pit and monsters.
The howl was so deep and loud it shook the ground as I reared back howling into the sky, the air shivered at its weight as the army stopped in surprise. But I didn’t stop with one as I let out more and more as the army got closer as the howls traveled over the land. As I finished the last one my helmet returned to normal as the first howl in response sounded.

DIAN POV:
We ran as fast as we could away from the battle, the place I knew I would lose my slave. I don’t know why but I felt a deep hatred for myself for leaving him. But he had a point the survival of all of my people was more important that he was. Thalia cried on her mother’s back after getting moved their as we started running.
“Why did we leave Percy he is going to die?” She cried as we ran in silence.
“He chose to stay Thalia, to give us a chance to reach the capital. We alone couldn’t handle them, but maybe with the size of his crystal he could stall them for maybe a couple of hours.” Elizabeth said comforting her daughter.
“But she told me to follow him how am I going to follow him to a brighter future if he is dead!” She cried as that confused me as we ran.
“Wait who told you that?” I asked her.
“She told me not to tell you and to swear on her name not to, she told me I could only tell Percy who she was.” She mumbled as this was getting much more confusion.
“B-.” I was stopped as the ground seed to drop out from underneath us but in reality something shook the ground to knock us down. As the same time a roar of a howl ran through the air like a wave of power as I shiver in fright never have I heard a roar of such dominance from any monster. Even me a god who could easily destroy my continent with ease was scared for a second at the sound.
“Milady what was that roar just now?” Someone asked as we all stood up.
“That was no normal roar that was a call.” I said as they looked worried.
“A call for what?” She asked me.
“A call for assistance, something that you never want to here for any animal. That means something has called something to it aid.” I said shaking a little.
“What kind of animal would make a call?” She asked just a howl not fifty feet from us was released as we all turned to see a nightmare.
A hellhound maybe the size of a seven story building came walking by us as it let out another ground shaking howl as another call came through the land. The two mixed causing some trees to break and shatter as a paw the size of a chariot came down not a foot form the nearest hunter.
“Milady?” She asked as I smelled piss coming from her direction, normally this kind of hound was secluded to Pluto’s land but I guess sometimes they cross over.
“Shh don’t say anything, don’t move.” I whispered quietly as it just stood panting as if waiting for something not paying any attention to us. Just then we heard more rustles as a herd of hellhounds the size of elephant and horses came running past the massive one. Just then I noticed it had four heads instead of one.
One of them just kept watching us as a third mega roar/howl was came over us as it bolted right away knocking over trees in its wake. After a couple of minutes I finally got up as walked over and helped people up. As I did I noticed Thalia was not scared at all as she tried to help up her mother who had been the one who nearly got stepped on.
“Come on mommy it is okay.” She said as Elizabeth gingerly stood up as Thalia had a pouty face on her.
“Your slow, we have to get to the capital don’t we?” She said.
“Thalia how are you not scared?” I asked her as she turned to me.
“Why would I be all the big dog said was he was going to be their soon, and the big roar was a call for help hellhounds to come to his position.” She said as I stood stunned as the others looked at her funny.
“You don’t think…” I started.
“The hunter’s ears.” Elizabeth said as Thalia looked confused.
“The what?” She asked.
“The ability to understand every call of any animal or human.” I said.
“Cool.” She said as she stood proud at her new found ability.
“Well we can’t stand around here who knows were the hellhounds are going to we have to hurry.” I said as everyone nodded and Thalia climbed on her mother’s back as we started running again. My thought traveled by themselves as we ran in silence no more howls or roars, but the thing that came to my mind was Percy and the roar.
‘It can’t be.’ I thought to myself as I ran.
‘No way, he is only a demigod, no way could he produce that sound.’ I thought again as my mind drifted the possibility around.
‘Well I you can ask him after he lives through this fight.’ Said my consciousness as I agreed with the women voice in my head. Not taking into concern I was not my voice but someone else’s.

I stood in front of an army as I had stopped a few feet away from me as I held Soul Reaper loose in one hand and Crimson Sky in the other. They had perfect defensive formation as they stood a solid 10,000 strong, but I noticed it was just Jupiter’s troops.
“Give up slave you have no place here, come and surrender to his majesty Jupiter the mighty.” One said as he stepped forward, from the gear and medals I could tell he was a high general but I could see a few more and one dude with even higher ranking medals. My guess is he was in charge of troops here.
“I will only answer to your leader of these men and women.” I said.
“What gives you the right to order us around Greek?” He hissed at me.
“Please I will speak.” Said the women in charge as she stepped forward in imperial legate armor.
“Thank you for your time, but I wish for you to retreat to your master.” I said as she nodded.
“Your request is denied, but I suggest you surrender or you will die. We are Jupiter most elite in his army, we are the lighting clouds. Unlike his royal guard we show no mercy to the enemy, be it children or wives of the enemy we will kill them.” She said as I sighed.
“Then let this child of Poseidon enlighten you, you don’t know what you are getting into. In my dimension I was known as a monster not because of my power, but because of my rule over the land.” I said as my helmet changed from futuristic to my cloak as it covered my body completely.
“My powers are not limited to that of the water but thanks to a blessing I received long ago by Tartarus himself for my deeds. The pit gave me control over the hounds of hell, be it my dimension of the next the call of the kind will always be answered by the wicked.” I finished as my black cloak shimmered a little with images of the dead.
Just then out of the surrounding forest exploded thousands of hellhounds off all sizes and amount of heads. They completely surrounded the Roman army in their massive size, some were even larger than Orthos and Tia. I could smell the death off of them as they surrounded the army growing at them as I stood by one as I panted happily at my side.
“Kill them all I don’t want my secret being revealed to the fake king.” I said as the hellhounds started to attack them. The Romans tried to fight back at first but they quickly fell apart as the hounds of hell tour through their defenses like a knife through warm butter.
I just watched as blood and guts began to fall in piles and people screamed as the hounds devoured and killed them like flies. They were nothing like the hellhounds back at home were one slice and dust and guts. No they could lose a leg and still keep going as the guts and blood they drank regenerated them.
They were a dark army of fur a blood as they tore through the roman ranks like they were nothing. I just walked through the blood and gut covered ground as they began to shrink the circle of roman soldiers. Not a full body was left as each body was either eaten or smashed into nothing.
But as I walked one of the hellhounds with four heads approached me and sat down before me. Three of his giant heads were panting as blood dripped out of his mouth but one remained shut. I just smiled as I lifted my hand to pet him as he laid down to my level to get pet. With his amazing stature he was one of the largest dogs in the battle but not the largest yet.
As I pet his blood covered fur he wagged his giant tail in happiness as something about me told him that I was his master form beginning to end. As I finished up she opened his middle mouth as something fell out but this something was a human and was still alive.
“Gods.” They she coughed as blood red saliva covered her as I could tell she had no injuries and no weapons.
“Ah if it isn’t the Capitan of the army who tried to follow my master.” I said as she turned towards me still on all fours. Her blond hair was blood red now and caked to her back as it was sticky. Her face showed complete horror as I sat comfortably on one of the giant hound’s paws as a seat, he just watched laying on the ground all 8 eyes trained on us.
“What are you?” She asked trying to get up but the dog let out a large growl as she slowly got back to her knees as she sat up straight.
“I am a being from a different dimension sent here to rid a certain being from this world.” I said in a cold voice as I toyed with one of my daggers I had pulled out after I put away Soul Reaper and Crimson Sky.
“But how does one control the beasts of the pit Tartarus is asleep for billions of years, he shouldn’t have the power to bless anyone?” She asked me as the screams of her comrades started to fade in the distance as the hounds were finishing up.
“I will only tell you that I was not blessed by Tartarus but instead I inherited the power of the pit, but even though I have given away the domain of the pit to someone else. I still hold a power over it like I would if I had the domain. You see I am a being stronger than my crystal shows.” I said as she shivered at the fact I possessed the power of the pit and all of it horrors.
“But if you are so powerful then why don’t you reveal yourself to your master?” she asked me.
“Because I am waiting for seven people to return to me in about 500 years or more, I will hide my identity as long as I can. Also I don’t mind serving under a pretty lady like Diana, gets me through the day of boredom I guess.” I said as I let a little more of my dark side out.
“Then kill me and keep your secret I have nothing to live fore anyways, you just killed all of my men and if I go back Jupiter will just kill me.” She said with a stern face as she prepared herself for death.
“No that would be to easy, if I am going to get involved in these wars I want to know what I happening and when it is happening. You are going to live trust me I just need a person on the inside to tell me how it goes.” I said evilly as she shifted nervously.
“But a Roman would never betray their own!” She yelled at me as the dog growled at her for raising her voice to me.
“Easy boy.” I said rubbing his head as he calmed down. I looked around to see the hellhounds dissipating into the forest, leaving nothing but a giant blood splat on the ground. Not even weapons were left as they walked away leaving me, the dog, and the cptian.
“You will betray your own for me right?” I asked gently reaching out and cupping her chin as a blush crossed her face, but even with her face blushed her eye held anger in them. I let pulled down my hood letting my handsome face been seen as the blush increased.
“You are a demon.” She spat at me as I gave her a grin.

“I will introduce you to a world of power you have never know, as I revolt against the main man you will have power far higher than you have now. “They went after Diana like the other army.” I said surprising her.
“Don’t be surprised I know a lot more than you think I do, also you might want to get going soon.” I said as she nodded and started to walk away.
“Oh by the way you will refer to me as Master Percy, and I will refer to you as the slave.” I said as she nodded with tears in her eyes.

I just kept walking thinking of what I was going to do with the forces heading to Diana’s city. I just stopped and let out a low whistle as I waited for a minute and I heard something coming. In a couple of second a hellhound the size of a normal one for me was wagging it tail in front of me.
“Listen boy I need you an all of the hellhounds to stop and attack the forces heading towards Diana’s capital. After they are dealt with I need you to protect them for ten years, I will be at this location for those ten years. I also need you to take this to her and the hunt.” I said taking out a piece of paper and righting something down.
He took it in his mouth gently after letting out a howl and then running off into the dark woods as the sun set. I was going to remain a shadow in this world no matter what, and if it took ten year to regain a certain percentage of my power then I will take the time to do it.
I stood up as I kept walking away from the destroyed forest as I reached my destination, it was a simple lake that was much deeper than it looked.
