Tumnus brought her a banquet of food and set up a blanket on the balcony. Since she was not really allowed to wander outside of Cair paravel much he wanted to surprise her with this at least. She deserved to relax at some point in her life.
“Lucy are you still hiding your eyes?”
“Yes Tumnus. I am in the hall with my hands over my eyes. Why can’t I look?”
“Because it is a surprise.” He chuckled. “I will be right there, so stay put.”
“Oh you’re being bossy now.” She grinned. “What are you up to Mr. Tumnus?”
“You will see.” He spoke it in his best sing song voice. “If you peek though,” He made a little click with his lips. “That would be bad.”
“I’m not peeking. I am hungry though. We skipped lunch and I haven’t had a snack all day.”
“We were a bit busy as I recall.”
He blushed even as he finished setting up the food. He had tarts, toast, jam, some delicious smelling stew and fresh baked breads for her. He poured the last part of her surprise into a goblet for her. It was her favorite juice. Plus he had a pitcher of water for them as well.
“Yes.” She smiled. “You gave me that kiss I wanted and kept on giving it.”
“You never said when to stop.”
He stepped out from the Balcony and into t he hall. She felt his hands on her shoulders and she smiled. Lucy chuckled and had to nod in agreement. She never did say when to stop. She wasn’t complaining mind you. She rather enjoyed her self and the time they were spending together.
“Are you ready?” Tumnus guided her forward. “When I say now you can uncover your eyes.”
“I smell bread.” Her tummy already grumbled at her. “And something sweet.”
“Maybe.” He chuckled and led her through the opening to the balcony. “Okay..one..” He was playing with her a little. “Two..”
“Tumnus!”
“Okay! Okay! Now.” He grinned. “Open your eyes.”
“Thank you.” Lucy gasped as she uncovered her eyes. There was a blanket and candles and dinner. There was even cushions laid out for her too sit on and lean against. “Wow..Tumnus.” She turned and to look at him. “You..did this for me?”
“Well I couldn’t give you that sunset on the beach so i thought this was the next best thing.” He let his finger stroke over her lips. “We can see the water and beach from here. So we are kind of on the beach. We just don’t have all that pesky sand.”
“Thank you.” She blushed and had a very large smile on her face. “This looks beautiful.”
“It could never compare to you.”
“Oh! I am going to cry. You are being so sweet to me.” She pulled away and pulled him along with her to the cushions. “You are adorable and loveable and ohh..” She started to scratch his ear softly as they sat down. “You make it hard not to love on you.”
“Ohh..Ohhh..” He swooned and closed his eyes. “That feels good.”
“I think your ears are your weak spot.” She chuckled. “Am I right?”
“Mm..mmhmm.” He was pushing his ear into her hand more. “You..know exactly how I like it. See how well you know me?”
“That is a good thing..”
“Yes it is.” He pulled away very, Very, VERY reluctantly. He was panting slightly already. “We should eat before it cools down.”
“You’re a little flush. Are you alright?”
“I’m fine. That is just a very...sensitive spot.”He busied him self with fixing her a plate. “Now lets see. Some hot stew. Some bread, juice and water.”
“You are trying to spoil me again.”
“Trying?” He set the plate in front of her. “I thought I was doing.”
“Yes.” She smirked. “Can I have a little dessert first?”
“What would you want? A little tart? Maybe some cream?”
“Neither of those.” She smiled still. “I was thinking something like..” She kissed him quickly. “That.”
“Oh! Well you can have as much of that as you like...After you eat.”
He fixed him self a plate now. Lucy chuckled whilst nibbling at her food. It was very delicious. He could really cook when he wanted to. Tumnus almost purred when he leaned back and started to eat at the stew. He was hungrier than he thought.
“This is all very delicious. I had no idea you were such a talented cook.” Lucy offered him a bite of her bread. It was dipped in the stews juices. “You never fail to amaze me.”
“I learned things here and there.” He took the offered bite and smiled. “Tastes even better from you.”
She looked down and shook her head. He seemed to be able to make her blush with the slightest comment. Lucy took another sip of her juice and sighed. Her eyes closed as the sweet nectar made it’s way down. She really did love this particular berry. It was so sweet and yet had just enough of a tart taste to make the juice really stand out.

“Good?” Tumnus was finishing up his bowl of stew. “I used a very fresh batch of berries and made the juice from scratch for you.”
“When did you ever have time to do all of this?”
“When you were bathing and cleaning up earlier.” He nodded. “I used it as an opportunity to get the food readied.”
“You tricky faun. You’re the one who suggested I go wash up. I knew you were up to something.”
“Yeah..I was bad.” He chuckled. “But It was worth it.”
“Yes it is.” She took another bite of bread. “I..have a question for you actually.”
“Yes?”
He adjusted a pillow and leaned back against it. He was officially stuffed. She pondered how to ask this. It wasn’t a topic you just popped off with and said ‘Oh hey!’.
“I was curious about ...people here. You know..relationships and..marriage. I don’t really ever remember seeing one wedding.” She hmmd as she nibbled at the bread. “Does that seem odd to just suddenly think of?”
“Um.” Tumnus raised a brow. She was right. There really was never a wedding to so to speak of. His parents got together and lived together. They called each other mates and that was that. “I never thought about it. I remember you and the others talking about weddings before. It was a ceremony with other people around and you pledged your vows to one another in front of them.”
“I barely remember it but yes.” Lucy set her empty plate aside and sighed happily. She hadn’t eaten this much in a while. “And that was delicious. Thank you.”
“Anytime.” He pulled her close to him so she was laying beside him. “So what prompted you to ask about that?”
“You..mean marriage and stuff?” She cuddled up as close as she could to him. “I don’t know really. I suppose I was thinking about us and..then..the thought hit me.”
“Ah, I see.” He shifted him self so he was hovered over the top of her. He was leaning on his elbow and propped up to her side. “Generally I think..” He let his finger touch her tummy and stroke lightly. “That people who want to be together..just are.”
“O..oh.” Lucy tried to contain her blush. “So..They just..love each other.”
“Yes.”
Tumnus leaned closer to her. He held desire in his eyes for her. The beauty of the sunset behind her only added to it for him. Lucy smiled softly. Her right hand rose slowly and touched the side of his ear. She started to caress it’s side, all the way down to the base.
“Lucy...I ..Love you..so much.” He closed his eyes. He was panting already again. “Y..you..m..may not want to keep doing that.”
“Tumnus?” She leaned up so her lips were against his. “I love you too.”
“I..” Tumnus kissed her lovingly. He wanted to spend his whole life with her. He knew this already. “Lucy.”
Tumnus whispered her name against her lips. He had known her for so long. It wasn’t wrong to want this with her. It wasn’t too soon. Was it? Lucy wrapped her arms around him. She felt safe, warm and loved when he was there with her. This didn’t help Tumnus any. He did the only thing he could think of and kissed her again.
“Mm..mm Lucy.” He panted harder. She was stroking his ear again. “I..I..” He started to kiss lower over her neck. “I love you.”
“T..Tumnus.”
She gasped and closed her eyes. His lips felt so good against her. Lucy pressed her neck up slightly more. Tumnus took it as a good sign and started to suckle where he kissed. Lucy let a soft coo, like a dove, escape her throat. He was so gentle with her. Tumnus, prompted even further by her sounds of pleasure, started to suckle harder. His lips barely touched over her skin as he made his way to the opposite side.
His hands traveled lower. They were caressing and stroking over her sides. Her knee shifted up so it was up and beside him. Lucy’s hands were exploring over his sides slowly. He found his hands pulling up at her dress. He wanted to see more of this flower beneath him. Lucy gasped again in surprise when she felt his hands sliding it up.
“T..Tumnus.” Her hands slid up to meet his chest. “I..don’t know..how..”
“Lucy.” Tumnus pushed him self up. “I..didn’t mean to..I ..mean I..” By Aslan, she was beautiful. He kissed her again. “Lucy I..”
She pushed her self up with her hands. He ended up on his knees and straddling over her. She wanted to be with him just as much as he wanted to be with her. There was just so many years of tension and shyness to over come.
“Y..You can..take it off of me if you want.”
“I..don’t want to force you.” Tumnus was visibly trembling. “D..Do you..want..”
“Yes Tumnus. No one sais we..h..have to do t..that. “ She knew a little about activities of adults. “I..mean..we..could just.. Explore right?”
“Yes.” Tumnus smiled and nodded. “We can.”
His hands were already tugging up on the dress. She raised her arms up so it was easier for him. She was just as beautiful without the dress as she was with it. He tossed it to the side and shook his head. He followed the gentle curves of her chest down to a pair of white panties. Her skin was glowing against the setting sun. The reds and blues gave her a slight reddish color over her skin.
“Tumnus?”
“You..are...so..” He was breathing heavily and quickly already. “More beautiful than I ever could have imagined.”
“I..am?”
“Yes.” He pushed her down so she was laying on the cushions and on her back. “You are.”
Lucy closed her eyes when she felt his lips start to kiss over her shoulder. His fingers were massaging over her bared side and he was tenderly caressing his lips over her collar bone. He only dreamt of this moment with her before. When she started to pet over his ear again he moaned into the kiss and pressed his lips harder against her. She had no idea just what that was doing to him.
“Tumnus..” She moved under him. “You’re..so..soft with me.”
“I want to make you happy.”
He scooted down further. His lips brushed over the top of her breast. They wrapped around and he suckled very softly at the nub there. Lucy gasped out. Her hand tightened on his ear for only a moment before she relaxed. He was sending little shivers down her body.

She nodded to him. That sounded perfect to her. Tumnus started to breathe quickly. He was panting a little heavier too. She said yes! She did? He was already stroking her hips with his hands. Lucy laid back against the pillows and looked up at him.

“So..” Lucy giggled, nuzzling her self against him so he was a Tumnus blanket. “I think that I liked watching that sunset.”
“You know.” He hugged her tightly. “I don’t think I ever remember seeing a more beautiful sunset either.”
