Alice’s POV

“Bella you don’t believe me do you?” I asked as she just stared at me blankly, “that’s that, Edward dies, he had a long life, and this is where it ends for him.”

“Ok, I guess since you are just staring I will explain it all to you, Vampires……. We have all the abilities that a stereotypical Hollywood vampire has, with some exceptions. We can go out in the sun but that would expose us faster than anything, our skin is different than humans, I’ll have to show you for you to understand, but it I guess the best word is sparkles. Also in order to turn someone it isn’t as easy as it looks on the big screen, when we feed on something our venom seeps into their blood, it is a neurotoxin that shuts down their system. If we do not drain a human they will become like us, it is extremely painful. But the most difficult part is that when we begin to feed it is hard to stop and very few can stop.”

I looked at Bella and saw she still had a puzzled look on her face, like she still didn’t understand, “no my family and I are different we are I guess you could say vegetarians, we only feed on the blood of animals so you don’t have to be frightened too much…”
