First story ever posted on here.. =O
I actually wrote this about a year ago, but only now felt like posting it up here. Somehow, I like the way I wrote this and I'm actually proud of that, but the story overall I'm still every "eh" about. >_> But I still like it, and maybe someone here will too if I'm lucky!
Okay, it be of my favorite pairing ever of the twins Raistlin and Caramon. I've always loved their relationship in the books, how their bond was both composed of great love and great hate. It's just inspiring, and I've always liked the idea of taking it a bit farther. Sadly, there are few fanstories about them, and I've wrote a couple, but I guess this is one of the few I will show. Since this is on adultfanfiction then... expect some things! XD But its mild, I never liked exploiting such scenes a lot. I think it kinda ruins the story a bit.
Yes, incest. Don't read if you don't like.. but considering this particular site, I doubt some here will be too bothered. ^_^ Um, try to enjoy~ Reviews are nice. If I get flames, make them understandable and not stupid, thank you. ;) (Sorry for long description)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How did I ever let things come to this?
He gripped the loose sleeves of his robe tight, walking with an uncommon haste on the swinging bridges of Solace. The cool autumn wind caressed his cheek as softly colored leaves danced in the air. Red and gold decorated the great Vallenwoods, lining the formidable boughs in a superb array of colors of the twilight sky. If one were to look out over the distance from his point of view, a landscape of serenity would have greeted his eyes, witnessing the silhouettes of birds moving against the yellow disk of the sun, the bright day coming to an end. It was one of the highlights of the humble town during this age, nature somehow able to coax the human mind with her own transcendent beauty.
But he didn’t look to view the scenery, for his thoughts clashed in a tumultuous maelstrom that threatened to take over. His eyes were directed forward in set determination, lips tight and firm. His face, as always, was carefully composed in a façade of indifference. Not many would have been able to see through his mask, not see the emotions screaming inside him.
But that was a given. He was extra-careful this time not to show an inkling of his mind. No, because if they saw, they would not understand. Yet they never had nonetheless. Would it all truly make such a difference if they knew?
He gazed further up ahead, seeing the winding stairs of the Inn of the Last Home beckoning the young man, leading him to his destination.
How would they understand, Raistlin thought, if I don’t even understand this myself?
Sighing in deep aggravation, the young novice now eighteen years of age, wearing the robes that represented his status as a mere student, walked on in faster pace, ignoring the fact that a golden leaf settled on his dark hair from its swirling descent, clinging to him possessively. He only kept moving, resenting his weakness, his wants and needs.
But then again, doesn’t he need me more?
Yes, perhaps. Raistlin could almost picture it clearly; the tall figure walking back from the road, dirt scuffing his shoes, thinking the same thoughts, fearing the discovery and the eyes of others that would forever be changed if they knew.
They won’t know…
This was a vow that Raistlin made, ever since the first time. It was a secret that he would take to the grave, clutch it greedily to his heart, and relive over and over in the night when loneliness came to plunge its icy claws through his chest. Because this was beyond understanding in simplest terms, it was only through the bond that everything made sense.
The solitude had made him want, made him yearn for something more, to banish away those nightmares by the comforting voice of his stronger self. A self he coveted for his own, and this was the only way when all felt at perfection and a sense of completeness finally came through for him.
He was shivering at the thought, unconsciously licking his lips as he did so. How far must he walk just to get there already?
Eventually, he reached the winding stairs, taking care to tread on the wooden steps in precise care, not trusting his still shivering body to make no mistakes. He had in fact nearly stumbled almost three times until he finally exerted some self control and descended the rest of the way with more ease. Faces passed by him, their features intangible in his vision. Some blocked his way, irking him enough to push through them rudely, ignoring the reproaching remarks thrown his way for his action.
But the weakness… the desire… urged him onward, and then his surroundings melted in a thick haze, only looking forward, fists clenched in ungodly impatience and vehemence.
His boots stepped harshly on the fragile grass stalks, crushing dead leaves in his path, moving past any obstacles toward his destination. The golden leaf still clung to his hair, like a child at play that enjoyed the journey. Raistlin still had not noticed it, too preoccupied in his own torturing thoughts.
It was too late to turn back now. Time and time again he tried, but was always left with a hollow and cold emptiness that threatened to engulf him in his dreams. Whatever way, the man was trapped in his dependence, floating in a blissful solitude that would surely shatter upon discovery of his clandestine act. There was nothing else to fill up the aperture of his soul for he had no true friends that would offer a comforting shoulder. Not to the Sly One. All they gave him was toleration.
There was no love of a parent to ease away the chill of his thoughts. Though he realized perhaps it would have made no significant difference if they were alive. His father never comprehended his quiet and insightful son, and in reality, never truly loved him no matter how much he tried to, for how could you love someone you never really knew? And though Raistlin had a closer relationship with his mother, she had been trapped in her own world, lost to her gift that was also her curse, until she finally wasted away.
At times, he could almost still see her swaying in steady rhythm in her rocking chair, humming softly, the hem of her dress swishing about her small feet. Occasionally she would raise her head to him and smile softly, enough to pierce his heart and his soul. The aftereffect would leave him feeling more miserable than ever.
And his magic… it was the only thing that gave a slight recompense for his suffering. Here he found strength and purpose in the few times he could cast a spell. But even that now was becoming more shallow to him. It would be years before he could ever achieve true power.
He could only count on one other for aid, the strong arm holding him tight, and then his being was whole again when he felt the hot breath at his neck.
Another shiver traveled down his spine, forbidden and delicious. He never stopped cursing this twisted fate that the gods cast upon him.
Dependence… Shadow puppets on the wall… Whispering… So this is how it was going to be…
He did not realize how fast he had been walking, already reaching his end.
“Hey, Raist.”
The soft murmur dragged him out of his daze. Vision more focused, he found a tall form sitting in the deserted glade of the forest, the moon already rising high in the sky, shedding its light with a simple pureness. Raistlin could see the other’s features in the tender glow, accentuating the handsome face and the honest smile. The clothes sported the other’s work on the farm with hay straws hanging on in erratic spots, some even on his brown hair almost playfully.
Raistlin could not help but feel more calm at the sight of his brother.
“Caramon…” his voice held the name in a smooth tone. “I… thought you would come…”
“Well, of course, Raist,” Caramon replied as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
Raistlin smiled at this near innocent quality of the answer, and came over to sit down next to the other, keeping a careful distance away. It would all come in due time nevertheless.
This was how it all started. This had been a secret place for them as young children, and it was still as secret for them now. Few passed by this area since it was nearly to the old section of Solace where few citizens resided. Yes, few to none ever came, thus it was highly unlikely they would be found out by those judging eyes. Because they could not understand of how it came, the small conversation that was only shared between these two brothers, speaking of good times, of old fears, and of desirable futures. They could not understand the simple touch of a hand that dispelled all the hurt and brought forth a need for fulfillment. They could not understand the sweet taste of such deep affection, nor of the tears of thankfulness and love.
That was how it all started, and so Raistlin waited, knowing the outcome as he and his brother spoke to each other in soft, tender voices. It was for this reason he came, why Caramon came. Just to have that moment of pure bliss when the world was their own, and realize that perhaps they were important… and for once be truly loved.
By this time, both had moved closer to one another, still sitting, gazing at the trees as they spoke. Their hands slightly touched, rekindling memories of another time.
Caramon turned to him, his eyes rapt high that Raistlin could not help but notice.
“What’s wrong?” Raistlin queried, raising one thin eyebrow.
Without answering, Caramon stretched forth his hand to the top of his brother’s head, plucking forth a small, golden leaf that seemed to shine in the moon’s glow. “Nothing, just saw this stuck in your hair…”
“Oh…” Raistlin’s utterance poised in the air as Caramon dangerously leaned closer, brown eyes open and loving, lips just a fraction apart from his brother.
That was how it all started.
The leaf fell forgotten to the ground as their mouths connected in desperate acts of affection. Raistlin made a slight moan as their tongues worked in frantic tangles, roaming over teeth, sliding against each other. Wet, soft, unbearable. He could feel tears coming to his eyes like the other times before and sense Caramon’s hands coming up to brush them away with a caress.
At that moment, he did not curse the fate he was trapped in. He cried for it, wanting more, desiring more, and the fire engulfed him with such passion and need. Wrapping his arms around Caramon’s shoulders, both lowered to the grass, locked in their kiss and solitude.
It was like flying… flying high into the clouds, invincible and powerful. Raistlin moved his lips over Caramon’s neck, his tongue flicking out, lapping away at the overheated skin as his twin sighed and muttered incoherently. Strong hands gripped his face and raised it up, fastening two pairs of lips again. Their bodies moved slowly against one another, rubbing vigorously in a deep ecstasy neither had ever experienced with any one else.
After a long, delicious and warm moment, Caramon let go of the kiss, breathing heavily at the brother who laid beneath him, gazing deep into his eyes. “I… can’t stop this…”
The autumn wind rustled the trees into whispers, bringing the forlorn golden leaf in its current until it danced playfully in the air just in Raistlin’s line of sight. It had never seemed so beautiful, like a fluttering bird. Closing his eyes, he developed acceptance to the situation, breathing in the scent of the man poised above him who regarded him lovingly.
“No…I don’t want you to stop…” he said quietly, opening his eyes once more. He struck with a kiss in abrupt manner, nearly taking Caramon by surprise who soon returned the act. Hands roamed over both their bodies, exploring in deep rapture and hot passion. “Don’t you… stop… I… we need this,” Raistlin muffled against Caramon’s mouth, already feeling their clothes too constricting.
“…Raist…” Caramon tore off his own shirt and proceeded with Raistlin’s robes, muscles tensed in agony. It was not long before the naked flesh of their bodies made contact, giving such pleasurable pain they had never thought possible.
It was not the first time, nor would it be the last.
Caramon murmured the words since that eventful night, moaning and gasping through clenched teeth as he gripped Raistlin’s shoulders, the young student mage digging his hands deep in Caramon’s sweat damped hair. Raistlin arched his back during the act, and a wonderful dream reached his youthful eyes.
Both were already becoming breathless, Raistlin gently biting Caramon’s neck, begging him to repeat those words once more until the world disappeared and only the two themselves were left. Caramon tenderly kissed him, caressed his skin, murmuring with love and almost… understanding.
Close your eyes…
So Raistlin did, shutting his eyes and letting Caramon explore his body, systematic moves exchanged between the two, both lost from the world and their taboos.
And in the end, everything was at peace, all started by a simple touch. And tomorrow night it would happen all over again.
The golden leaf drifted on the wind.
