• Richard woke up and shook his head trying to clear his thoughts. **What a weird dream! Vampires that turn to dust? A young girl killing them? Was it something he ate or a past life or shared reality?** He didn’t know he never understood any of that. Some things about the dream seemed familiar.
  
  The killer of demons sleeping with one for example and watching them cage the wolf during the full moon. That bothered him but he knew what could happen to a wolf with no pack and it was scary. There was the little blond who reminded him of Nathaniel, shy almost meek yet very powerful in their own ways. There was the red head who actually reminded him more of Jean Claude, manipulative with their power and not seeing the harm it causes.
  
  He wasn’t sure if he had ever met anyone like the young brunet teen and the direct blond before. They had qualities that were shared with other around him but no one quite like them. The Wolf reminding him of his guards, more said in one look that a dictionary could cover. The older English man reminded him of himself. He wanted to help the children learn and keep them safe yet he knew he couldn’t so he prepared them the best he could and fought his own inner beast as well.**Well at least Halloween is over now**he thought with a smile.
  
  Richard sighed and stretched and scratched his left eye. It burned slightly and he figured he had something in it so he washed his face. It was Saturday and he had a wood working project he was working on. After grabbing a quick bite to eat he headed out to the garage and started working, forgetting all about his weird dream, his strange life and any thing else. For the next few hours he wasn’t the Wolf King, the Teacher, The third of a power Triumvirate. For the next few hours he was just Richard.
