Hey everyone I hope you enjoy the story. this is my very first time writing fan fiction and writing for fun for that matter. so please comment I want to know what you think. also I don't have BETA and I don't know how to get it so let me know if you do. thank and enjoy. also sorry the chapters are shot I am trying to expand on them so let me know what you think.
The Black Holiday
Bad News
My eyes felt very heavy and my face was burning, when I got up. I could not remember how I got into my pajamas or how I even got to bed.
I assumed Alice had helped me with it however I don't even remember her being there when I got the news. It was yesterday around 3pm in the afternoon and I was heading back to my dorm to do some homework, when my phone rang.
Hello!"
"Hello, is this Isabella Swan? "
"Yes, this is her!"
"My Name is Officer James, the reason I am calling you is because your mother and step father have been in a car accident and were killed. We found you information and called to let you know, we have some questions for you."
that was all I herd, the rest of the conversation was lost somewhere in my head, I felt like I was stuck, a statue, I saw my friend Alice come running toward me, and everything went blank.
It has been 3 days since I got the call and I have woken every morning crying. I haven't even gone to my classes or outside my dorm. Today however I had to get up and get dressed, my dad was coming to pick me up so we could fly down to Florida together for the funeral. I haven't seen my dad since I left for college, we didn't really speak unless he called me, so today was going to be hard. I finished packing and took a shower it felt good to have the hot water run down my very tense body. My muscles relaxed, it was a good feeling. My friend Alice stopped by to give me the homework and help me with the packing and what ever else I needed. I was so thankful for her, I don't know how I would get through this without her. Alice came from a big family she had two older brothers who were gorgeous at lest that I have seen in photos, and her parents were just as gorgeous. If you asked me the whole family could be models. Alice was like a ballerina however she hated ballet and stopped doing it at age 8, non-the-less she still had all the graces of one. About an hour after she left, my dad was there and ready to go.
The plane was long and I fell asleep for almost the whole flight. Luckily Charlie wasn't in the mod to talk because I don't know what I would have said, we had nothing in common and he always lived in the small town so city topics didn't apply here. When we did talk he asked me about school and friends, he asked about boys but when I looked at him, he dropped the subject. Not that there would have been one any way I haven't dated anyone since senor year of high school, sure I had hook ups but nothing to serious. I almost got serious with Jacob this boy in my English class, we had a few hook ups but the sex wasn't that great and he wasn't even that interesting outside of class. When we reached my grandparents house everyone was there, I just wanted to hide and see no one. The day went slow and I must have had a hundred people tell me how sorry they were, I wanted everyone to shut up and leave me alone. Then the awful truth set in, where was I going to go for the Holidays?
I usually came to Renees house for the holidays now thats out of the question what now? I hated the small town in which Charlie lived and I didn't want to spend 3 weeks there, I would go out of my mind. If I came to my grandparents they would just pester me the whole time. So I guess I am going to spend my first Christmas without my mom alone in my dorm.
Please, Please Review, i am sorry about the grammar errors how ever when I type it they are fine, then when I load the chapters they show other symbols, I am trying to get the hang of writing online, so if you know how to fix that let me know. Thanks
