Changing The World
The end of the world began when Percy realized that several of Luke's arguments made a lot of sense.Percy might be a powerful Demigod with several successful quests behind him, but nothing he did ever seemed to be enough to gain his father's attention for more than a few minutes at a time, and even that was usually only when his life was in mortal danger.
Even if Poseidon did care, he was one of the few Godly Parents who did, and Percy had often wondered if that was because he was Poseidon's only living Demigod child, and if he would be easily forgotten if not for the Oath of the Big Three, and the probability that he would save or destroy Olympus. Certainly the other Olympians would be happy to see him dead for the threat he might pose, voting on it only hours after he had saved Artemis, who still viewed him with scorn for the crime of being born male.
The Gods were indifferent at the best of times, unless they wanted something from you, and then it was back to being ignored as soon as the task was done. The Hermes Cabin was proof enough of that; filled to overflowing with Demigods whose parents either didn't care enough to claim them, or who weren’t considered important enough to have a Cabin at camp.
Seriously, Cabin One was empty, and most of the minor Gods were the offspring of Zeus and one of his countless lovers, so why couldn’t some of them stay there, instead of sleeping on the floor of Cabin Eleven? A lot of the time, being a Demigod sucked!
That didn’t mean he wanted to join Kronos, of course.
Being friends with Annabeth Chase meant that you were bound to learn a few things, whether you wanted to or not, and self-preservation had made Percy study up on the Titan Lord. He might not be the sharpest sword in the armoury, but Percy was smart enough to know that whatever the Titan promised, what he intended was the total destruction of the world as they knew it, and he wasn’t betting on the survival chances of those who served Kronos, either.
The Titan King had been paranoid enough to eat his own kids, and by all accounts was worse than the Olympians in his treatment of those he no longer had any use for.
But Luke had called Percy a friend, once, and had taken care of everyone in the Hermes Cabin, whether they were truly his siblings or not. He had protected Annabeth when she ran away from home, and would have died trying to make it to Camp Half-Blood on her own.
For that, Percy would always owe him.
So when Luke showed up at Percy’s school, unarmed and claiming that he only wanted to talk, Percy decided to hear him out.
If nothing else, maybe Percy could figure out why Annabeth was still so hung up on Luke, and figure out a way to get her to notice him, instead.
Luke knew that he was out of his depth, and that there were very few people that he could realistically go to for help.
Hermes… Perhaps; the god who slept with his mother had made noises about caring for Luke and wanting him to turn back. On the other hand, Hermes would have to go up against most of Olympus if he tried to protect his wayward son, and Luke didn’t like the odds of that being any kind of success. The other gods would probably smite him before Hermes even finished talking.
Camp Half-Blood… No. Dionysus didn’t give a damn about the Demigods he was supposed to be looking out for, even when it involved his own sons. Chiron had already been fired once, and after the example of what happened when Tantalus had temporarily replaced him, the old Centaur wouldn’t risk it again. The Demigod Campers either had followed Luke out of the door, or probably considered him a traitor.
That left one option that was at once the craziest of all… and the most likely to work.
Percy Jackson.
With Thalia joining the Hunt of Artemis, now eternally one day younger than sixteen, it was almost certain that Percy would be the one spoken of in the Prophecy. If anyone could stop Kronos from rising, potentially saving Luke in the process, it would be the son of Poseidon, who was loyal and steadfast, and would do what he believed to be the right thing. If he could stop Kronos, he might even listen to Luke’s explanation, despite his former betrayal.
For reasons that Luke would probably never understand, Percy did hear him out, though he didn’t bother to hide his amusement at the tale of the Demigoddess who had brained him with a frying pan, tied him up, and lectured him on the sheer idiocy of joining Kronos and why she would do no such thing. It had been a humiliating experience for Luke, but it had also brought him to his senses.
The two young men clasped arms and Percy smirked. “There has to be a child of Hecate somewhere in your Demigod Army. We’ll send Kronos back to Tartarus in a million pieces, and find our own way to make the world better.”
Luke returned the smile. “Somehow, I’m not sure that either of us is the best person to design a new world. That’s more…”
The girl they both loved and would love to fuck. Percy and Luke spoke as one. “… Annabeth.”
Annabeth awoke to the chill of her naked body exposed to the cold night air, the smell of the sea and the rocking of a ship. She opened her eyes and decided that she must still be dreaming, because there was no other explanation for why Percy and Luke would be sitting together at a coffee table, speaking quietly instead of trying to kill each other.
She closed her eyes again, trying to remember what had happened.
Percy had met her outside her school, looking worried and telling her some tale of Luke approaching him and asking for help escaping Kronos’s grasp. Annabeth hadn’t questioned why Percy was in San Francisco instead of New York, barely waiting for him to name where he was supposed to meet Luke before she took off to find the young man who had once been her protector.
She had reached the ‘Meeting Point’, with Percy chasing after her, just in time to be ambushed by a group of Demigods who certainly weren’t campers. She had fought, but lasted only a few minutes before being knocked out.
Annabeth groaned at the abject stupidity of falling into such an obvious trap, the sound drawing the attention of the room’s other occupants, who both stood up and approached her.
Dressed only in swim trunks, Percy smelled of the ocean, though that wasn’t unusual, and Luke looked like he had been relaxing on a deck-chair, rather than plotting to take over and destroy the world. Annabeth groaned again. “Seaweed Brain, please don’t tell me this is some kind of cliché stand-off where I have to pick one of you and the other one dies, or has to go on some quest, or something equally stupid.”
The two Demigods exchanged grins, another thing to put Annabeth on her guard. The scar on Luke’s face made him look almost evil when he smiled, while Percy’s troublemaker smirk had probably struck terror into the hearts of authority figures everywhere. “You won’t have to choose between us, Annabeth. You can have us both.”
Annabeth shrank back as the meaning of Luke’s words sank in. Both of them at once, having their way with her. OK, so she might have had a few fantasies about Percy ravishing her, helpless while he had his way with her, and a long-abiding crush on Luke, but…
Percy had always been able to make Annabeth lose her head, so it was logical – sort of – that kissing him would make her thought processes go out the window. One of his hands slid up to Annabeth’s breast, brushing over the nipple and making her gasp into Percy’s mouth. The world seemed muted, almost, until a pair of larger, rougher hands slid over her thigh and parted her folds, slipping a finger inside.
Annabeth yelped and tried to back away from the new and uncomfortable sensation, only to collide with Luke’s firm chest. Percy stepped forward, trapping Annabeth between them as Luke added a second finger, pumping them in and out. Annabeth tried to lash out with her fists, but Percy caught her wrists and held them above her head, raising her on tip-toe as he trailed kisses over her jaw and down her neck.
Percy had lost his virginity to an older female Demigod, co-incidentally an unclaimed Daughter of Athena, after several too many mimosas, a few days after he had joined Luke. At the time, he had regretted that it wasn’t Annabeth, but given how awkward and embarrassing his first time had been, it turned out to have been a blessing in disguise. The other Daughter of Athena had taught him a lot, and Annabeth was about to reap the benefits.
To her shame, Annabeth could feel herself growing moist under the attentions of the two Demigods. She always valued control so highly, that to be completely under someone else’s power was… intoxicating. It didn’t help that both Percy and Luke were very good-looking and (from what she had read and picked up from gossip) quite well-endowed. The ADHD part of her mind wondered if it was just them, or if all male demigods were like that. Or maybe just the ones with divine fathers. Hm.
Suddenly, she was tumbling back onto the bed, and Percy was kneeling between her thighs, manhood standing to attention and a hungry look in his eyes that frightened her as much as it thrilled her. Annabeth started to protest, but whatever she had planned to say was cut off by Luke filling her mouth, straddling her chest and pinning her arms down with his knees. She managed a muffled, indignant moan that trailed into a stifled shriek as Percy entered her roughly.
There were very few things that could scare Annabeth or make her cry, but being violated by the two men she loved was one of those things. Her knees were hooked over Percy’s arms as he plunged inside her, all the barely-restrained power of the sea behind him as his hips rolled against her, like the waves pounding the beach in a storm. Luke’s cock disappeared between her lips, stealing her breath as he gripped Annabeth’s blonde curls, moving her head back and forth.
Struggling against the two, Annabeth didn’t know how much time passed before Luke pulled away, leaving her finally free to scream at Percy to stop. Percy was a good lover, knowing where to touch to send jolts of pleasure surging through her, but it was clear that he didn’t intend to take ’no’ for an answer. She tried to hit him, but it was like punching iron, with even less effect, and it only made him speed up. It seemed like forever before she felt him release inside her and withdraw, only for Luke to take his place.
Luke was as different to Percy as night to day. He was stronger, and less careful than the Son of Poseidon, who had at least made sure to find her pleasure-points to make it a bit easier on her, so that Annabeth could almost pretend that it was one of her darker fantasies. Percy had gasped her name and moaned as she clenched around him, but Luke kept up a steady stream of whispering, going into very precise detail about what he planned to do to her.
Annabeth gave serious consideration to praying for her mother to turn her into some kind of tree or animal, instead. “Mother… the gods… will curse you… for this!”
Both young men laughed. “My first day at camp, didn’t you tell me that sometimes the gods don’t care about us? We’re beneath their notice unless they need a job done!”
Luke continued where Percy left off, “And they go right back to ignoring us as soon as it’s over! Besides, this ship is shielded from their sight, and Percy is the only Demigod who would even have a prayer of tracking us, and that’s if your mother even noticed you were gone and swallowed her pride enough to ask for help.”
Annabeth knew that they had a point – even a missing child probably wasn’t enough to make Athena ask Poseidon for any favours – but she wasn’t about to say so. She slumped in relief when Luke pulled out of her, only to be yanked off the bed and made to kneel before the blond, taking him in her mouth again as Percy entered her from behind. Attempting to strike Luke didn’t work any better than hitting Percy, except that Luke simply trapped her wrists above her head, making her arch slightly.
Percy’s lips rested against her neck as he rocked against her, the new angle letting him drive a little deeper. “Stop fighting, Wise Girl. Just relax and enjoy it.”
Struggling or talking her way out of the situation hadn’t worked, nor had trying to escape. Pretence was the only thing she hadn’t tried. And really, could it be worse than this? She managed to pull away from Luke just long enough to speak. “I don’t like blowjobs.”
She deliberately used the not-quite-bossy-but-still-final tone that said she was not going to budge, the tone that both Percy and Luke had always good-naturedly given into. Much to her surprise, it worked, as Luke simply shrugged, pulling her off Percy and into his own lap. Annabeth carefully rose onto her knees, gritting her teeth as she sank down onto Luke.
Lack of experience made Annabeth’s initial attempts to ride her once-crush awkward at best, but Luke didn’t seem to care, ignoring the way she winced each time he sharply yanked her down and buried his full length inside her. But she slowly did start to enjoy herself. She could feel Percy behind her, warm and solid, hands and lips caressing her while he waited for Luke to finish.
Fortunately, it didn’t take long before Luke pulled her down onto his lap and held her there, grinding her down as he filled her. Unfortunately, he instantly passed her over to Percy, who pushed Annabeth onto her back and wrapped her legs around his waist, setting an almost brutal pace. One hand dipped to where their bodies joined, finding a bundle of nerves that made Annabeth shriek and writhe against the boy she cared far too much about. Percy managed to hold off until the daughter of Athena came with a cry that probably echoed through the ship, making her flush with shame as much as pleasure.
Annabeth didn’t move, weak-limbed and shaking, as Percy stood up and put his clothes back on. Luke gave him a fist-bump, looking far more cheerful than Annabeth could remember seeing him in a long time. “Now all we need to do is fix that last problem, and we’re good.”
Percy gave the son of Hermes a weird look. “You make that sound way too simple. I’ll tell the demigods to be ready for a monster uprising, you get started on the other project.”
They left, closing the door behind them, and Annabeth was alone.
Annabeth wasn’t sure how long she simply lay on the floor and cried.
As a virgin goddess, Athena had certain opinions and standards when it came to sex. Annabeth losing her virginity to not one, but two traitors to Olympus, one of them the son of Poseidon? Was not going to go down well.
Slowly, Annabeth got up and started searching for something to wear, eventually finding her shorts and sports bra folded in a cupboard, though her camp shirt and underwear were missing. She finally resorted to a green shirt that probably belonged to Percy and hoped that having to go commando wouldn’t come back to haunt her.
Annabeth tried the door, only to find it locked, and a slithering sound that suggested that monsters of some kind were on guard. Scowling fiercely, Annabeth settled down to wait and form a plan. She needed to escape and warn Camp Half-Blood, but she was on a ship in the middle of nowhere. She couldn’t just run off half-cocked.
But she was Annabeth Chase, daughter and Head Councillor of Athena. She would find a way.
