    Beautifull story. I´m trying to think of something more to say about it, but nothing else realy does it justice.

    *Hat of, deep bow*

    Thank you for a few hours excellent reading.

    I'm a bit disappointed to be honest, I was *really* hoping that you would kill Wendy off. I found her to quite an obnoxious bitch and more than a bit arrogant herself in several places. I had hoped that the story would be taken in a different direction, which is why I started reading to begin with. After a while, I continued reading in the hope that it would get better and that Wendy would somehow redeem herself. After it became clear that that would not be happening, I continued skimming with the small hope that Wendy would be murdered or killed in someway. Unfortunately (for me), that did not happen. :(

    Having said all of that, I do think that you are a very good author (a rare thing on this site). Other than the plot (which in this case is matter of taste), I found the story to be well written. You just happen to write a genre that I am very un-fond of. ;_;

    God I love this story, I really should have reviewed it a long time ago. I honestly think Ive come back and read 3 or 4 times like it was on of my favorite books. This is one of the only fanfictions that I have ever found myself saying I would like to see as a movie. Ah thank you so much for writing and sharing this with us, and sorry for the late review.

    Chapter 12: James and Wendy are getting to know each other and learning what pleases, plus dancing around the idea of London. I nearly snorted my drink when Wendy opened the ship's window and said what she did. That made me laugh! I didn't see that coming.

    Ch 13: Their argument over the body is priceless. I find Wendy's streak of ruthlessness fascinating. And she's now been 'blooded' by her Captain. Significant I think, to him at least.

    She had better be very careful how she ends that story she's brewing up. The idea of the Captain in it dying to defend the female guardian is chilling somehow. (I never could warm up to Peter Pan - it was always Captain Hook for me - blame Jason Isaacs.)

    Ch 14: A well-done battle, very mesmerizing as Wendy tries to help, gets captured, and we 'see' the titanic fight between Hook and Pan. Oh, really that's not cricket to pull a pistol. Bad Pan!

    Ch 15: A fitting punishment indeed for Pan. Should have been done years ago. But then Wendy wouldn't have had Hook, so I guess it all works out. I'm relieved James is okay, though, that had me worried.

    Chapter 9: ah, poor Hook, having to growl like a surly bear when he really just wants to please Wendy. And Wendy - what does she truly want? An adventurous life? Or an adventurous man? So hot, his coming to her room in Chapter 9 and the two of them discovering how much they enjoyed a deeper kissing.

    Ch 10 - 11: Wow! James has developed love pangs and TOLD Wendy. Amazing. Well, she seems to be bearing up well under the news. (And under him...) OMG this story is moving right along. He's married her! So romantic. I know he's supposed to be cruel - and he probably is, but to her he's special. I think he needs that...and so does she. Wendy hasn't fit in well in real life. Her home is with him. So I'll have to see where that takes them...

    Chapters 1-8: Oh, this is a wonderful story! I adore the movie and I adore Jason Isaacs and this tale blends so well into that movie I feel honored to read it. The idea of a grown-up Wendy with Hook has crossed my mind many times and I've begun a story with that idea, but I've so many Lucius Malfoy tales to tell yet, I probably won't finish my Hook story for awhile. It has to wait with my Lord Felton story from Dragonheart. And I don't like to put up a story if I'm not certain I'll finish it. That's just mean.

    I really like your Hook - his voice and carriage and mannerisms and behavior. You feel as though maybe he's crazy and could kill you at any moment, but if you do it just right, he'll deign to accept you into his circumscribed, self-protective world. And this world where wishes can become reality, like Hook's desire to give Wendy a parasol is just delicious!

    The pace of the UST and little treats of kisses are perfect, making me want to read on and on.

    I'm a major Jason Isaacs fan and you may like the movie rather than the actor, but that doesn't matter. You done an excellent job so far. I need to go read some more now.

    I just wanted to say that your story, "I Promise," is absolutely wonderful!!!! It is definitely one of the best-written fanfictions I have ever had the pleasure to read. You have great plot twists, w/ forcing Pan to go back to London and grow up, the Endless Days, and the town, and your descriptive language is lovely. But what I love most about your story is the dialogue you wrote for Hook and Wendy; dialogue is something that I really struggle w/ in my own writing, so I really admire you for being able to write it so well. The banter btwn the two of them, just everything they say is totally something I could imagine them saying, and that really brought them to life for me in your story. Their personalities are so consistent and well-developed in your story, it was like I was watching the interactions of two real people as I read. "I Promise" is such a vivid read, and I seriously wish it could just keep going forever; I can't wait to read your other work! =D
